Fractal Analytics IPO is a book-build issue of ₹2,833.90 crores, which is a combination of a fresh issue of ₹1,023 crores and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹1,810 crores. The price band for this IPO is set at ₹875 to ₹900 per share and the lot size for an application is 16. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor (retail investor) is ₹14,400 (16 shares), while the IPO will open for subscription from Feb 9, 2026, to Feb 11, 2026, on the supposed listing platforms of the Indian stock exchanges, i.e., BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date fixed as Feb 16, 2026.
