Marijke Bassani

A First Nations scholar and international human rights lawyer from Cape York Peninsula, specialising in Indigenous rights, race, gender, sexuality, and cultural heritage. Multilingual and highly recognised for leadership and humanitarian work, with global scholarships and board roles, currently completing a cross-border PhD in International Law between UNSW Sydney and UC Berkeley.
